I fucked up this lady’s hair. She was a 2n and some 4r. We were out, so I mixed 1 3/4oz of 2aa+3/4oz 4r+2oz 20 vol. I was supposed to put 1/4oz 4r!!! I fixed it, it was still a bit lighter but she said it was fine and she booked for next time. So it won’t happen again.
